PREPARATION AND STORAGE:
Recommended daily intake: dissolve 1 and 1/2 measuring scoops (4.5 g) of powder in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink as a beverage or add to food. Consume three times a day. Store in a dark, dry place at room temperature and out of reach of children.

WARNINGS AND INFORMATION:
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Positive effects occur with an intake of 12 g of inulin per day. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. It is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet.
