Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bone density by facilitating the transport of calcium from the blood into the bones.

Recommended use:

Take 1 capsule, preferably with a meal, with sufficient water.

The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Attention should be paid to a healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to the ingredients of the product.

Vitamin K2 MK-7 MSE should not be taken simultaneously with substances that inhibit blood clotting (e.g., coumarins, synthetic coumarin derivatives).
