INGREDIENTS:

MCT oil from coconut (medium-chain triglycerides), cholecalciferol (D3V®, vitamin D from seaweed), antioxidant: tocopherol mixture.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Shake well before use. Measure the recommended amount and stir into water, juice, or a cool liquid.
