APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS:
Baths - Fill the bathtub with warm water and add essential oils (pre-mixed with carrier oil). For a bath, use 6-12 drops of essential oil mixed in one tablespoon (10 ml) of carrier oil.
Massage - add selected essential oils to the carrier oil for massage. Pour about 50 ml of carrier oil into a glass bowl or bottle, add 10-25 drops of essential oil and mix. Store the mixture in a tightly closed dark glass bottle in a cool, dark place. Shake the bottle before each use. Usually, 2-3 drops of essential oil are added per teaspoon (5 ml) of carrier oil.
Spraying - fill a water container in an aroma lamp or diffuser with water and add 3 to 6 drops of essential oil.
Sauna - add 5 drops of essential oil to 1 liter of water.
