AUROSPIRUL TRIPHALA 100 CAPSULES

Triphala is an Ayurvedic blend of three fruits:

Amla (Indian Gooseberry) - mainly affects the lungs, stomach, liver, and heart. The sour taste of Amla is associated in Ayurveda with Pitta energy and the element of fire. Amla is a rich source of antioxidants, flavonoids, and carotenes. It is one of the richest sources of vitamin C and contains 30 times more vitamin C than citrus fruits.

Haritaki (Harada) - has six tastes, mainly bitter, and is associated with Vata energy and the element air. The fruit is a rich source of tannins, amino acids, and fructose. It also contains succinic acid and sitosterol. Studies have shown its diastolic effect, which leads to lowering high blood pressure and relieves painful intestinal cramps. This confirms its traditional use in cardiovascular diseases and spastic conditions of the large and small intestines.

Bibhitaki (Beheda) - is sweet, bitter, astringent, and warming. It mainly affects the lungs, heart, and liver. It contains 35% oil and 45% protein. The linoleic oil contained is the main fatty acid associated with increasing the HDL fraction ("good" cholesterol) and lowering the LDL fraction, which is considered a risk factor for the development of coronary heart disease.

Directions for use:

Ingredients:

Triphala (extract from three fruits: Amla (Emblica Officinalis), Bibhitaki (Terminalia Bellirica), and Haritaki (Terminalia Chebula)), plant cellulose (capsule).

Each capsule contains 500 mg of pure, organically certified Triphala.
