Sea buckthorn is a heavily branched shrub or low tree of the olive family. The fruit are spherical, orange-colored drupes with a sour taste that are perfect for teas.
Sea buckthorn heals, supplies cells with vitamins and other nutrients, cleanses and stimulates their work. It has a much higher vitamin content than other plants or fruits. For example, vitamin A has three times more than carrots; Vitamin C - 10 times more than oranges and vitamin E - 4 times more than sunflower seeds!
