DESCRIPTION

Organic wholegrain round rice has a specific aroma and smell, which makes it harmonious with many dishes. It retains all the valuable ingredients of the shell and is therefore more valuable than the shelled grain. We recommend round rice for risotto dishes, rice casseroles and salads.

PREPARATION

Cook the previously rinsed rice in a ratio of 1:2 (1 portion of rice to 2 portions of water) over low heat for about 35 minutes.
