Ingredients

Filler: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide, magnesium salts of fatty acids; pteroylmonoglutamic acid (folic acid).

Manufactured in a facility that uses ingredients from milk (including lactose), soy, peanuts, other nuts, sesame seeds, gluten-containing cereals, eggs, crustaceans, and fish.

Usage Recommendation

Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily before meals.
