DESCRIPTION:

NOW® Mega D-3 and MK-7 combines vitamins D3 and K2, two nutrients extensively studied for their role in the health of bones, teeth, and the cardiovascular system. Vitamin D3 works with calcium to support proper bone structure, and recent research shows it is also important for immune system health. MenaQ7® MK-7 is a unique, soy-free, bioavailable form of vitamin K2 that plays a key role in artery health by supporting proper calcium metabolism in blood vessels and arteries. Vitamin K2 is also important for the formation of strong, healthy bones.

1 capsule per day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Before taking, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and discuss the result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product is not intended for children, pregnant women, and breastfeeding mothers. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity to any component of the preparation and two weeks before a planned operation or surgical procedure. Persons taking antipsoriatics, anticoagulants, thiazide diuretics with hypercalcemia, kidney diseases, hyperparathyroidism should consult a doctor about the use of the preparation. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. To maintain health, a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle should be followed.
