Preparation and Consumption Recommendation: Add one teaspoon (1.0 g) of the dried herb to a glass (200 ml) of water and simmer for 5 minutes over low heat. Let it steep for 30 minutes and then strain. The prepared decoction should be consumed in 3 portions throughout the day. Systematic consumption (drinking) of the tea has the best effect.
