Ingredients

Recommended use

Take 1 capsule daily or 2 capsules in divided doses: 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening, each with a meal. Remember to drink plenty of water with the capsule.

IMPORTANT: Try not to take zinc and magnesium at the same time, as this hinders the absorption of both substances. For example, you can take zinc in the morning and magnesium in the evening.
