Folic Acid 400 mcg 60 Capsules Jarrow Formulas - Methyl Folate Quatrefolic

Folic acid, cellulose and magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source). The capsule is made of gelatin (vegetarian capsules).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

1 capsule daily with a meal.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Older people should have their B12 status checked regularly while taking folic acid, as folic acid can mask the symptoms of pernicious anemia. If you are ill, pregnant, breastfeeding, under the age of 18, or taking medication (especially anticonvulsants and chemotherapy), consult a physician before using this product.

Store in a dry and cool place away from small children.
