INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:
Take 1 capsule 3 to 4 times daily with water.
The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. This product should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
CONTRAINDICATIONS:
For adults only. Do not take this product if you are pregnant or breastfeeding. Consult your doctor before use if you are taking prescription medications or have a medical condition, especially liver disease. Discontinue use if you experience gastrointestinal discomfort or symptoms of liver problems such as abdominal pain, dark urine, or jaundice. Contains Dong Quai - avoid prolonged exposure to natural sunlight and other UV light sources as this product may increase skin sensitivity to light and cause sunburn or rash.
