Vitamin B7 (Biotin, Vitamin H) is an organic chemical compound and a coenzyme involved in numerous biochemical processes. It belongs to the water-soluble B vitamins. It occurs in both animal and plant organisms. Biotin is also known as the "beauty vitamin."

Properties of Biotin:
