Milk thistle oil is obtained from the high-quality fruit of the milk thistle (Silybum marianum L.) by cold pressing. This oil has a distinct aroma. For this reason, it is an excellent addition to salads, salads and other cold-prepared dishes. Milk thistle oil is characterized by a high content of unsaturated fats, including polyunsaturated fatty acids (essential fatty acids), which include omega-3 and omega-6. Replacing saturated fats in the diet with unsaturated fats helps maintain proper cholesterol levels.
