BetterYou Magnesium Revive Flakes contain a highly concentrated form of 100% natural Zechstein magnesium chloride.

BetterYou Magnesium Revive bath flakes are an effective way to supply the body with this essential mineral, improve overall well-being, support skin health, and naturally soothe tired and aching muscles.



INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate flakes, Citrus paradisi (grapefruit) peel oil, limonene, Eucalyptus globulus (eucalyptus) leaf oil.



USAGE:

Foot bath: dissolve about 150 g of magnesium flakes in warm water (about 5 liters) and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
Body bath: dissolve about 250 g of magnesium flakes in warm water and relax for 20 minutes or longer.
2-3 magnesium baths per week are recommended.

SHELF LIFE:
The product is good for 1 year after opening the package.
