 Per daily portion (3 capsules)

(from 2000 mg Magnesium Magtein L-Threonate)

 144 mg

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

3 capsules daily (2 capsules in the morning and 1 capsule in the evening) with or without food or as recommended by your doctor.
