L-Glycine – Dietary supplement

L-Glycine is the smallest and simplest endogenous amino acid that must be supplied through diet, as the body cannot produce it on its own. It fulfills many important functions in the body, including: glutathione synthesis, improvement of nervous system function, sleep, memory, concentration, component of collagen, and much more.

Composition:

Aminoacetic acid (E640) – Powder.

Usage recommendation:

3 g (3 ml) – Dissolve 1.5 measuring spoons of the powder in water. Take once daily after training or directly before bedtime.
