1 g of the product contains 1 g of thyme.

Thyme herb is used orally as an infusion.
If symptoms persist after 1 week of use, consult your doctor.
Preparation of the infusion: 1 teaspoon of thyme herb (approx. 1.5 g), pour 1 cup (150 ml) of boiling water over it, then cover and let stand for 10 to 15 minutes and strain.
Adults and children over 12 years: 3 to 4 times a day, then drink 1 cup of warm infusion.
