A gift of nature 250 million years ago - Kłodawa rock salt, a classic spice that enhances the taste of dishes, soups, fish, meat, sauces and homemade preserves. A mineral with a high degree of purity, which contains the richest source of "elements of life", that is, micronutrients necessary for the proper functioning of the body and human beings. There is a group of macronutrients, i.e. basic elements, and a group of microelements (trace elements).
Macro elements include: calcium, potassium, sodium, magnesium, chlorine, sulfur, phosphorus. The micronutrients include: boron, chromium, zinc, fluorine, iodine, cobalt, silicon, copper, molybdenum, nickel, selenium, vanadium, iron. The last of this iron group in the form of iron oxides (hematite dispersed in salt) is responsible for the nature and color of the salt, the amount of which determines the intensity of the color. It is one of the few salts available on the market that does not contain E 536 (potassium ferrocyanide
K4Fe(CN)6) and potassium iodide.
