Iron contributes to the normal production of red blood cells and hemoglobin as well as normal oxygen transport in the body. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. Iron and Vitamin C contribute to maintaining normal energy metabolism, support the proper functioning of the immune system, and help reduce fatigue and tiredness.

COMPOSITION:

L-ascorbic acid (Vitamin C), iron diglycinate (Iron), capsule shell: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, coating agent: gellan gum, filler: microcrystalline cellulose.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

1 tablet daily, before a meal, with sufficient fluid. Do not take with coffee or black tea.

CONTRANDICATIONS:

The recommended daily intake should not be exceeded. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
