DESCRIPTION
Organic millet groats made from hulled millet. Ideal for breakfast with dried fruit. In the savory version, it can be served with steamed vegetables and fresh herbs or with a tomato and pepper salad. Millet groats are especially recommended for seniors, as they have a high lecithin content, which supports memory and lowers cholesterol levels. Millet has an alkalizing effect, meaning it deacidifies the body and thus helps maintain the acid-base balance. It contains numerous minerals such as phosphorus, magnesium, iron, potassium, and calcium. It is gluten-free.

PREPARATION
