The elder leaf has a slightly calming, diuretic and anti-inflammatory effect. The infusion of ground elder leaves also improves the digestive processes.
INGREDIENTS

100% dried, crushed elderberry leaves
Aegopodium podagraria L.

APPLICATION
1 teaspoon of the product pour 1 cup of boiling water (250 ml). Cover and set aside for 15 minutes. drain. Drink the prepared infusion in small portions throughout the day.
0.7 g of the product is a daily portion.
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
