Rhodiola rosea is a strong adaptogen. It improves mental functioning (memory, concentration), making it very helpful for intensive learning and work. Rhodiola rosea also enhances physical performance.

Ingredients: dried, crushed Rhodiola rosea root (Rhodiola rosea L.) - 100%.

Instructions for use: Put 1 level teaspoon of the raw material into 1 glass of water and bring to a boil. Let steep for 20 minutes. Strain. Preferably drink divided into 3 portions in the morning/afternoon. In the first days of taking the Rhodiola rosea infusion, it is advisable to prepare it with smaller amounts of the raw material than indicated above and then gradually increase.

CAUTION: Do not use in children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. The product should not be consumed if psychostimulant medications are taken.
