Psyllium should be a staple in every kitchen. It is an annual plant
with a slightly branched stem and native to the Mediterranean region. The fruits of
Plantain are brown seeds that become covered with slime when they come into contact with water.

Ready to eat after cooking.
Pour 2 - 3 teaspoons of flea seeds into a glass of juice or water, set aside for about 20 minutes,
then drink it. When consuming the product, drink plenty of water so that
at least 2 liters of liquid are available. Can be mixed with plantain in psyllium proportions
80%, plantain 20%. Take twice a day - morning and evening.
Not intended for infants and young children. Do not use in case of hypersensitivity
with psyllium, with cramps or gastrointestinal constipation abdominal pain, or similar
unknown cause, nausea, vomiting.
