BetterYou Magnesium Menopause Bath Flakes are a soothing blend of magnesium chloride, ylang-ylang, and clary sage. They help to reduce stress and muscle tension and support sleep. Helps women feel strong and mentally supported during menopause. The Menopause product line was specially developed to relieve menopausal symptoms.


INGREDIENTS:

Magnesium chloride hexahydrate, Cananga Odorata (ylang-ylang) flower oil, Salvia Sclarea (clary sage) oil, linalool.


INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE:

Bath

Add 250 g Magnesium Menopause Flakes (about 2 cups) to a bath.

Lie down and relax for 20 minutes.

Foot bath

Add 125 g Magnesium Menopause Flakes (about 1 cup) to about 5 liters of water so that your feet are covered.

Lie down and relax for 20 minutes.

Dosage
1 kg Magnesium Sleep Flakes contains 120 g magnesium.
