Devil's claw also contains anti-inflammatory and decongestant substances. Additional substances: extracts from horse chestnut, arnica, rosemary, clove leaves, and juniper berry oil further enhance the effect.

The black claw is a plant native to Africa, named after its flowers that resemble claws. It is also called devil's claw by some. Thanks to the hooks, they can attach to animals and transport their seeds. The flowers and roots of devil's claw have been used by locals in natural medicine for centuries.
