COMPOSITION:

Apple cider vinegar, soy lecithin, glucomannan, grapefruit fiber, kelp vitamin B6, chromium, gelatin, magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source), silicon dioxide.

USE:

1- 2 capsules 1-2 times daily with a meal.
