Triphala - a complex of Ayurvedic herbs

Triphala is a combination of three standardized Ayurvedic herbs: Emblica officinalis, Terminalia chebula, and Terminalia bellerica, which have a synergistic effect. Haritaki (Terminalia chebula)
Also known as Chebula almond:

USAGE INSTRUCTIONS
1 capsule twice daily. Swallow the capsule and drink plenty of water after a meal.
