Vitamin A helps maintain correct vision and helps maintain healthy skin condition. It also increases the absorption of vitamins D and K. It is also a powerful antioxidant that helps scavenge free radicals from our bodies. Vitamin D3 contributes to the maintenance of healthy bones and the proper functioning of the immune system. Vitamin K2 helps maintain healthy bones and contributes to proper blood clotting. Vitamin K2 and D3 work synergistically. Vitamin D3 is responsible for the correct process of calcium absorption and vitamin K2 for the correct distribution in the bones. In the absence of a normal state of vitamin K; this can lead to what is known as the calcium paradox (when there is enough calcium in the body but not distributed where it is needed, such as in the bones or teeth). Vitamin D also helps muscles function properly.

INGREDIENTS
Olive Oil, Menaquinone (MK-7, Vitamin K2 from Natto), Retinyl Palmitate (Vitamin A), Cholecalciferol (Vitamin D3 derived from Lanolin), Antioxidant: Rosemary Extract.

APPLICATION
Shake well before use. Measure 5 drops to a teaspoon and consume directly or mix with other fat.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Recommended daily consumption during the day - 5 drops: 800 μg Vit. A (100% RWS *), 2000 IU D3 = 50 μg Vit. D3 (1000% RWS *) and 75 μg Vit. K2 (100% NRV*).
