This universal oil is ideal for frying, baking and frying. It is obtained from special, very oily sunflower varieties and is characterized by exceptional resistance to high temperatures - up to 210 °C. Due to the dewatering process (deodorization) immediately after pressing, the oil is tasteless and odorless. Thanks to this, the flavors of dishes are perfectly emphasized - for example, you can replace butter in shortcrust pastries and cakes. The product is also suitable for quickly roasting and deep-frying meat, fish, tofu, vegetable burgers and potatoes. Replace the oil after a maximum of 10 USES .
