Lyophilisate, retains almost all of the nutritional value of the raw material. Rose hips are extremely rich in nutrients and antioxidants. Using low temperatures allows for the best preservation of vitamins, including vitamin C, carotenoids, unsaturated fatty acids, and other compounds naturally found in rose hips. 1 teaspoon of freeze-dried rose hips contains a whopping 80 mg of vitamin C.
