DESCRIPTION
Organic rye bran is a product obtained by grinding rye into rye semolina. The bran consists mainly of the outer, most valuable layer of the grain, i.e. the fruit and seed shell. Bran is an excellent source of fiber. They taste great with dairy products. We also recommend it as an accompaniment to soups, salads and sauces. We recommend a brief heat treatment of the bran before consumption.
