PREPARATION

It is best to use protein-free, naturally sweet milk (rice, almond, spelled or soy milk). Add 2 tablespoons (approx. 15 g each) to 300 ml and mix thoroughly (preferably in a shaker or blender). Tastes great immediately, otherwise store in the fridge and use within a day.
