COMPOSITION:
Whey protein isolate (from milk), emulsifier: soy lecithin.
APPLICATION :
1 - About 1-2 scoops of the product 3 times a day. (1 scoop = 5g).
Depending on the protein requirement, the product can be used as an additive to sweet or savory dishes or drinks, up to 2 measuring spoons 3 times a day. After adding everything, keep stirring until the product is completely dissolved. Do not overheat above 60°C. Add to the meal after cooking!
