Pasta on bronze matrices, exclusively from organic raw materials. For its production we use only water and semolina of the highest quality - durum wheat flour, ripened in the rays of the Apennine sun, thanks to which it has excellent elasticity and consistency. For the sake of the highest quality, we dried it to make it even rougher. As a result, it absorbs liquids perfectly, making it an excellent addition to thick sauces, especially those based on minced meat, game, cheese or mushrooms. Bolognese traditionally serve their ragout Bolognese from tagliatelle, in combination with which this sauce works perfectly.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
