INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Shake well before use.
After a meal, take 2 teaspoons (10 mL) once a day or 1 teaspoon (5 mL) twice a day. The tincture can be added to water or tea. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose (10 ml).
