INGREDIENTS

Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: soybeans* (Glycine max L.) 40%, black cumin seeds* (Nigella sativa L.) 19.5%, flaxseeds* (Camelina sativa L.) 19.5%, milk thistle seeds* (Silybum marianum L .) 19.5%, flower and fruit extract (10:1), hawthorn* (Crataegus laevigata (Poir.) 1.5% (* from controlled organic cultivation).

DESCRIPTION
Oil to supplement the diet with unsaturated fatty acids: EPA, DHA and linoleic acid (LA), linolenic acid (ALA), vitamins C and E. The oil is intended for adults, especially for older and menopausal women who are breastfeeding and for children and young people under the age of 18.

RECOMMENDED DAILY CONSUMPTION
Consume 1 portion of 20 g oil (22 ml = 2 tablespoons) daily, once or in divisible portions, eg 1 tablespoon twice a day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be used as an additive to salads. The 250ml pack contains approximately 11 servings of the product.

REMARKS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.

RECOMMENDED STORAGE CONDITIONS
Store at a temperature of 4-6°C, in a tightly closed container, protected from light and oxygen, out of the reach of small children.
