Cold-pressed oil from a mixture of: linseed* (Camelina sativa L.) 40%, rosehip seeds* (Rosa canina L.) 40%, evening primrose seeds* (Oenothera biennis L.) 10%, caraway* (Carum carvi L.) 6% , fennel* (Foeniculum vulgare Mill.) 4% (* ingredient from certified organic farming).

DESCRIPTION
The oil, obtained through cold pressing, is made from a mixture of specially selected oilseeds in such a way that the right composition and content of fatty acids, vitamins, plant sterols and polyphenolic compounds. The oil is intended for pregnant women, nursing mothers and other adults.

DAILY CONSUMPTION RECOMMENDATION
Consume 1 portion of 25 g oil (27 ml = 2.5 tbsp) daily, once or in divisible portions, e.g. B. 5 times daily, ½ tablespoon per day, preferably with a meal. The oil can also be used as an additive to salads.

HINTS
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
