Bladderwrack peel: 0.16 g

Guarana seeds: 0.16 g

PREPARATION: Put one teaspoon (2.0 g) of the mixture into a glass (200 ml) of hot water and let stand covered for 15 minutes. Drink 2 glasses of freshly prepared infusion daily before meals.
