DESCRIPTION

Sodium ascorbate E301 is the sodium salt of ascorbic acid (vitamin C). It has a characteristic salty taste, but is less salty and easily soluble in water. This product is a source of easily digestible vitamin C, which thanks to its low acidity can be used by people with gastrointestinal problems.
