Medverita Magnesium Taurate + P-5-P 50 Capsules

Complex of magnesium taurate and coenzymatic vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal phosphate. Magnesium taurate is characterized by its high bioavailability. P-5-P, or pyridoxal phosphate, is the biologically active and coenzymatic form of vitamin B6.

235 mg magnesium ions and 5 mg bioactive vitamin B6 per daily portion.

Recommended daily dose: 3 capsules daily, preferably with a meal.

The daily portion (3 capsules) contains:
Magnesium taurate - 2400 mg
including magnesium ions - 235 mg (62 %NRV*)
Vitamin B6 in the form of P-5-P - 5 mg (357 %NRV*)

Ingredients: Magnesium (magnesium taurate), vitamin B6 (P-5-P/ pyridoxal-5-phosphate), gelatin (capsule shell).
