Manuka honey is a product that comes exclusively from New Zealand. Its name comes from the Maori language and means "tea tree honey". These are homogeneous honeys made from the nectar of plants of the Leptospermum scoparium genus. They have a distinctive taste; slightly bitter, earthy. They contain many active ingredients. The UMF® certification is determined by the test results of four key ingredients: Leptosperine, MGO-Methylglyoxal (MG), DHA (Dihydroxyacetone), HMF (Hydroxymethylfurfural).

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
It is recommended to eat manuka honey in the morning on an empty stomach in the amount of 2-3 teaspoons or 1 teaspoon 2-3 times a day, half an hour before a meal. Do not dissolve honey in boiling water. Administration to children under 12 months and people allergic to pollen and bee products is not recommended.
The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are the basis for the proper functioning of the body. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
