Holistic LactoVitalis Pro is a dietary supplement in the form of capsules. It is a probiotic containing 12 different strains of bacteria that help the gut function. Probiotic bacterial cultures are strains of microorganisms that are found in the human intestine and have a positive effect on the functioning of the body. Their oral administration is said to supplement the intestinal flora and strengthen the body. Probiotics also support immunity as the beneficial microbial flora prevent pathogenic microbes from developing. Natural gut bacteria produce compounds, including organic acids, that lower the pH level beyond the optimal level for the proper development of pathogenic cells. The vitamin C content supports the immune system and the fructo-oligosaccharides provide food for the lactic acid bacteria.

INGREDIENTS
Bulking agents (corn starch, fructooligosaccharides, rice bran extract), lactic acid bacteria (L. rhamnosus GG 341, B. lactis 115, B. longum 113, B. bifidum 112, L. acidophilus 103, Lc. lactis 109, L. casei 105, S thermophilus 301 , B. breve 114, L. plantarum 111, L. paracasei 106, L. salivarius 108), L-ascorbic acid, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), riboflavin.

Amount per daily dose (1 capsule) :
from 20 to 80 billion lactic acid bacteria;
Vitamin C - from 12 mg (15% RWS *) to 48 mg (60% RWS *)
Vitamin B2 - from 0.2 mg (15% RWS *) to 0.8 mg (60% RWS *) *)

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
1 capsule daily with a meal. If necessary, the dose can be increased to 4 capsules daily. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
