DESCRIPTION :

Inulin, fructooligosaccharide (FOS), is a soluble prebiotic fiber that is resistant to digestion and reaches the colon essentially intact. Probiotic gut bacteria consume inulin, which in turn produces short-chain fatty acids that nourish the cells lining the colon. Inulin thus helps to keep the intestines healthy and functional. Inulin has a pleasant taste that imparts a mild sweetness to food and drink, but has a very low glycemic index and does not negatively affect serum glucose levels.

APPLICATION :

1 teaspoon 1 to 3 times a day. Mix it with your favorite drink or food. Start with 1 teaspoon per day and slowly increase the dose to reduce gastrointestinal discomfort.

CONTRAINDICATIONS:

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute (substitute) for a varied diet.
