DESCRIPTION :

Inositol is a six-carbon cyclic polyhydroxy alcohol. Very important for the human body is myo-inositol, a form commonly found in plants and animals. It has been shown that high concentrations of inositol can be found in the liver, brain and kidneys.

Inositol has properties that improve and stabilize mood and increase resistance to stress.

Inositol affects the improvement of parameters directly related to insulin resistance (glycemia, HOMA index), cholesterol levels, appetite, hair condition and appearance.
