in states of increased nervous tension and in periodic difficulties in falling asleep as a sedative.

composition
Hops - Lupuli flos

dosage
Oral infusion: 1 teaspoon
Pour 1 cup of boiling water (150 ml) into the product (approx. 0.5 g) and leave covered for 10-15 minutes. drain. Drink 1 cup of warm infusion 2-4 times a day.
