DESCRIPTION

Himalayan salt contains large amounts of potassium (3.5 g/kg), calcium (4.05 g/kg) and iron (38.9 ppm). Himalayan salt is popular in both the food and cosmetics industries. You can add it to your favorite dishes while enjoying its beneficial effects. Salt dissolved in water is suitable for mouthwash or as an inhalant for throat and upper respiratory tract infections. Its antibacterial properties help fight many respiratory diseases and relieve discomfort. Himalayan salt can also be added to the bath or made into a scrub. It removes dead epidermis, helps fight cellulite, accelerates regeneration and has a beneficial effect on skin problems. It also has detoxifying properties. However, it is not recommended to combine salt with other cosmetics, such as soaps or oils, as they can limit the absorption of its valuable ingredients.
