The crunchy muesli 5 grains with honey is an energy-packed composition of valuable grains: pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sesame, flaxseed, amaranth, perfectly combined with the taste of roasted oats and wheat. The grains and cereals are a treasure trove of nutrients: sunflowers rich in vitamin E, B1, B6, crunchy pumpkin seeds with magnesium, iron, zinc, among others. Amaranth, flaxseed, and sesame are ancient grains rediscovered in the modern world. All are rich in fiber but free from glucose syrup and hardened fats.
