The human body cannot produce it on its own, so it is necessary to get the vitamin from the outside. The name "vitamin E" refers not only to one substance, but to a group of eight different compounds. They are divided into tocopherols and tocotrienols.


Why is it worth using vitamin E ingredients: tocotrienols and tocopherols?

Tocopherols and tocotrienols come in the following configurations: alpha, beta, gamma, and delta. As powerful antioxidants, they neutralize free radicals and convert them into harmless substances that can be easily eliminated from the body. In addition, they show the ability to protect polyunsaturated fatty acids - omega-3 and omega-6 - from oxidation while maintaining their properties. This significantly improves the body's immune barrier and protects it from external influences.
